bug report

im trying to download the bug report tool, and keeps failing. Is this normal? im guessing it aint. I cannot get my modem to install on vista for some reason. Tried manulay doing this.. but it isn`t really user friendly when trying to do so.

What link to the tool are you using or just the Feedback icon? (I'm looking for a link to download the tool to XP for reporting bugs when Vista is not working).
